The winner has to be Alexandra Cringus of fourth-division Steaua Nicolae Balcescu who, when threatened with his team's explusion from the league due to on going hooligan problems, came up with the idea of creating a moat around the pitch. Not a bad idea you think. What if I tell you the idea was to fill that moat with fully-grown crocodiles. Yep, crocodiles, more here if you don't believe us.
